Connecticut Speed School's comprehensive curriculum builds a strong athletic foundation, an awareness of life's unlimited opportiunities and an inexhaustable spirit in our young student-athletes to best prepare them to compete and excel in their lives at the highest level. Movement Training System (MTS) Connecticut Speed School partnered up with the Movement Training Systems (MTS) team to deliver what we believe to be the most effective way to develop and improve overall athleticism. MTS is the glue that binds together each important component of our "Foundation of Fundamentals" development curriculum. MTS is an innovative proprietary body position and evaluation improvement process unlike any other. MTS founders, Deb and Vince Stephenson have written "must read' articles about the MTS philosophy and proprietary system. The articles are attached below. Visit www.movementtrainingsystems.com to learn more. MTS has made a remarkable improvement in the development of our athletes. They are handing that child off to us. They are giving us their treasure, and it's our job to make sure we give them back that child intact and ready to face the world."
